The Person Behind the Data

Evolving Longevity Est. 2026 Dallas, Texas

My name is Zach. I'm 33, married, dad to a toddler, and I live in the Dallas area. By day I'm a Director of Operations at a national sports retail company — I run ops across seven locations, which means my brain is wired for systems, KPIs, process optimization, and making decisions from data instead of gut feelings.

That same operating system runs my health.

What I Do

Training: PPL rotation 3-4x/week at Crunch Fitness. Average lifting session is 59 minutes at strain 10.2. Golf once a week. Active 6.4 days per week on average. 6'2", 215 lbs.

Supplement Protocol: Longevity Mix (daily), Creatine 5g (daily), Men's One A Day, EVOO 3-4x/week, Pre-Workout (Woke AF) before gym. No caffeine after 4pm. Mediterranean diet. Intentionally boring — built to compound over years, not abandoned under stress.

Tracking: WHOOP 4.0 and Oura Ring Gen 4 worn simultaneously every single day. Both sync to Don't Die. 23 health metrics tracked weekly. Quarterly comprehensive blood panels.

How Reviews Work

Step 1 — Baseline. Before a product enters my routine, I snapshot current biometrics: HRV trends, sleep architecture, recovery averages, and relevant blood markers.

Step 2 — Minimum 30-day trial. No "first impression" reviews. Most products get 60-90 days. Some devices I've tracked for over a year.

Step 3 — Data comparison. Pre vs post across WHOOP recovery, Oura readiness, sleep scores, and blood panels when applicable. If I can't measure it objectively, I note it as subjective and label it clearly.

Step 4 — Honest write-up. If a product doesn't move the needle, I say so — even when the affiliate commission is significant.

This site uses affiliate links. When you click a product link and make a purchase, I may earn a commission at no cost to you. This is how the site sustains itself.

What I won't do: recommend a product because the payout is high, hide negative findings, or review something I haven't personally used for a significant period. My credibility — and my name — are attached to every recommendation.
